Telehealth facilitates the services of health care, administrative Services and health education (Luz, 2019). It is generally used in places where the ratios of doctors to patients are inadequate. In the case of contagious diseases, telehealth is the best technique to avoid further infection. It can be used to develop medical services, especially in rural areas, and hilly areas, where the transportation system is very poor. The aged people who are unable to go outside for medical checkups and medicines can use telehealth services.
Evaluation of Telehealth

In the case of the Corona outbreak, people are getting more interest in telehealth services. The number of patients has increased within a few months. For better services, they should expand their business to new areas (Aung et al, 2020).
Improve patient satisfaction
For patient satisfaction, they can arrange virtual visits to their patients. The service provider should collect feedback from their patients on regular basis (Arevian, Jeffrey, Young, & Ong, 2018).
Reach Underserved people
The people of rural areas and villages do not have sufficient medical clinics and staff in their locality (Campbell et al, 2019). The main target should be the people who badly need the telehealth service.
Before the expansion of telehealth services, the service providers have to develop new technology in a rural areas and have to convince the people to adopt the telehealth system (Charness et al, 2017). Telecommunication is a good option to treat patients from a distance without wasting any time and transportation costs. People are adopting Telecommunication to maintain social distancing and gathering in hospitals and clinics.
